At Alana Skincare, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the skincare products in their original boxes and include the packing slip provided in your returns portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
